Keys to the Kingdom

We have all been given the keys - in this case "tools" - to the Kingdom.

How we use them is up to us.

It takes feeling them, trying them out, following instructions, observing them,
and having grace to make mistakes in the midst of growth.

If I were to look at the boys and expect them to take a measuring tape, use it correctly the first time (and all other times thereafter), it would be utter foolishness. Why? We are designed to grow into something. We were made to practice at something and get better. We have been allotted room to make mistakes and learn from them - sometimes it takes us longer in the making mistakes department. Robots are programmed to do things perfectly, all the time. We are humans; we are not robots. Hallelujah.
