whatever is right,
whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is
admirable—if anything is
excellent or praiseworthy—think about such
things." Philippians 4
The purity of children is astounding. They have a level of innocence that demands protection - fighting to contain the excellence of their nature while sharpening their ability to discern every aspect of life.
I can only begin to imagine what they see when it comes to angels and heavenly things. Can they see the face of God? Could I at one point when I was their age?
These boys are a gift from God, and I am humbled and honored to serve them. That is what I am - a servant to Isaiah and Jeremiah. Every day it takes the grace of Jesus to recognize and see them through the eyes of their Creator and Maker. Calling forth their days ordained from the beginning of time - that is where my mind needs to remain - fixed upon the completion of the men God designed them to be. And a huge part of that is fiercely protecting their purity.
